Can I legally buy an airsoft gun?

Since October 2007 regarding the VCR Act you can only purchase a black airsoft gun or RIF (Realistic Imitation Firearm) if you have a defence under law which proves you are an active player (airsoft skirmisher) at a registered airsoft skirmish site OR have a valid defence for purchasing a RIF under Section 37 of the VCRA.

Thank you for reading this post, don't forget to subscribe!

If you do not have a UKARA then your RIF must be two tone by painted over 51% in a bright colour.

We do not offer two toning, you must have a UKARA to be able to purchase from Alpha One Airsoft.

You must be over 18 to purchase an Airsoft gun regardless if it is two toned or not. Valid proof of ID will be requested.

We will email you following your order to provide it, if it hasn’t been submitted in any purchase notes.

An airsoft gun is a replica toy that uses a 6mm plastic BB and a small amount of air to shoot the BB long distances. Guns can be powered by gas or electric.

Yes it can, however due to the size of the BBs being 6MM it doesn’t hurt as much as other sports like paintballing.

If an order is created by 2pm on a weekday we will try send your order out the same day using Parcelforce 48 hour. All weekend orders will be shipped on the next working day.
